Our desire is to faithfully proclaim God’s Word and make known the unsearchable riches of the Lord Jesus Christ in our community. Our desire is that people come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior and learn to follow Him in obedient living.
With this goal in mind, Bible Chapel of Delhi Hills supports a variety of local outreach endeavors:
- Life Forward of Cincinnati
- City Gospel Mission
- Answers in Genesis
We not only help to support these ministries financially but many of our members volunteer many hours to assist these works.
We seek to proclaim God’s Word and make known the unsearchable riches of the Lord Jesus Christ not just in our local community but throughout our country and the world.
World wide missions is a high priority for Bible Chapel of Delhi Hills which is evidenced in the fact that for many years 40% of our annual budget has gone to missions. We presently support 20 missionary families serving in various parts of the world. We also help to support the Mexican Indian Training Center in Cordoba, Mexico.
For the last fifteen years we have also designated a large amount of money beyond the budget to be used by our elders for special mission needs and projects. These have included pastoral training for national pastors where training is not accessible to them as well as providing good reformed books for their own personal libraries; special projects by our own missionaries as well as assisting them with any special needs that might arise; and helping to provide assistance for building projects and mission works of other like minded missionaries and ministries.
We have a heart for giving to missions, but also we seek to be involved in missions. When able, our church seeks to assist various projects and missionaries through church mission trips. Every year a group from our church travels to the Indian Training Mission in Mexico to come along side and help with ministry as well as building and maintenance projects. One of our members provides dental help to all the students and faculty.
Our Women’s Outreach ministry also provides projects throughout the year to encourage our missionary families through gifts and cards. Each February we have our annual mission conference to challenge us further with regard to the cause of Christ in our world.
